Continue on M23 / A23 to Hickstead junction A2300.
Take 1st exit from roundabout sign posted Burgess Hill.
At the next roundabout take 2nd exit (streight over).
At the next roundabout take 1st exit onto Sussex Way (college on left, Triangle Sports Centre on right).
At the next roundabout take 1st exit continue on Sussex Way.
At the next roundabout take 2nd exit into Marchants Way.
Continue alonog Marchants Way for approx. 400 yds, on your right there is Ashwyn Business Centre - Qubiqa is in the next block of units on the right.
